Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Branova AMC subscriptions.

1. Subscriptions

Branova AMC is billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual plans are charged at ten times the monthly price (two months free). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel.

2. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us.
• On cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• We do not charge any cancellation fee.

3. Refunds

• Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.
• If you were charged in error or experienced a verified service failure, contact us within 7 days and we will review the request fairly.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Free plan & trials

The Free plan is free forever with no card required. If a paid trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period — cancel before it ends to avoid being billed.

5. Data after cancellation

You may export your data before cancelling. We retain data for a short grace period after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.
